The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, with always kind and helpful staff. However, the room key system can be inconvenient at times, and the bathroom needs more attention. The location is very good, near downtown Hurghada, but the dining options could use more variety.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice but a bit dated; however, they were very spacious. The food served was very good, and the team members were available to help. On the downside, the staff seemed uneducated on dealing with tourists and were quite rude at times.
The hotel is in a convenient location close to the 'old town,' just a short trip away in a taxi. The rooms are in good condition, but some areas may need improvement. The service experience varies, with some staff members being less accommodating. The location offers proximity to the center, making it ideal for those who prefer not to travel far. The dining options are decent, especially for late dinners. Value for money is questionable, considering certain aspects.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delights and disappointments. The rooms were nice but nothing like the photos; however, ours had a king-size bed and a lovely quiet sea view. The service was amazing, especially at the shisha corner, but the drinks were not up to par. The location was convenient and near everything, but a theft incident left a sour note. The dining experience was just okay, not quite reaching the 4-star level. Facilities were decent overall.
